How we handle
your data.

This site is operated by Disruptive Ventures AB (corp. ID 559399-3453), registered at Bergsboda 184, 905 96 Umeå, Sweden. AI Engineers is built from within Disruptive Ventures.

When you submit your GitHub via the form on this site we collect:

• Your GitHub URL or username
• Your email address
• An optional note if you write something in the free-text field
• Submission timestamp and which part of the page the button was pressed on (technical source tag)

If you email us directly, we collect the information you choose to share in the email.

The data is used so we can contact you about AI Engineers: to present an opportunity at one of our partner companies, discuss an assignment in our build team, or invite you into our network.

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). You provide the data voluntarily by filling in and submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing charlotta@disruptiveventures.se.

We store your data for at most twelve (12) months from submission, or shorter if no further contact is established. If we begin a collaboration, the data is retained for the duration of the engagement and as required by accounting and labour-law obligations.

The data is stored in Google Sheets, operated by Google Ireland Ltd. within the EU. Access is limited to Disruptive Ventures employees working with AI Engineers.

We do not sell, share, or market your data to third parties. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you (subject access request)
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”)
• Request that processing be restricted
• Receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw your consent
• File a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY): imy.se

We do not use third-party cookies for tracking or advertising on this site. Only technical storage required for the site to function is used.
